How to delegate and remain accountable - is that even possible?

What this Meetup is about
Want to experience another way to run a meeting, make a presentation, or build engagement? Then you might want to join us to play with Liberating Structures. No experience is necessary, just a curious mind and a desire to do things differently.
This community of practice comes together regularly to experiment and experience a set of 33 structures (codified facilitation methods) that are based on collective intelligence science. They typcially energize and inspire insights - no matter how long a work day you've had.
The Theme
We all know the feeling - you have too much to do, either as a parent, team member, or leader, and you want to give others things to do, you have to, in fact, if you want to save your sanity. No one can do it all alone. It's not sustainable. But how do we give up control and manage expectations? What's our experience with the best ways to be the one with their neck stretched out, hoping others do what you've asked?!
Well, that's why this event's theme will be all about a delightful wicked question: How do we delegate and be accountable?! The design team has chosen some new structures we've never done before (one is even in development), so come prepared to explore, reflect, and take away insights for work (and life)!
Our Host
We've been invited to use the cool space at digital@m, who will also provide some food and drinks.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We don't debrief during the event because we want it to reflect a real-work-application as much as possible. However, our intention is that people leave with inspiration, connection, and some kind of insight - whatever the topic. There's time to ask questions and talk about the mechanics at the end or at the break.
*********Introduction and instructions are in English, but group or pair work can be in whatever language you and your group/partner need!**********
