They work because they are simple enough to use immediately. They stop working when the facilitator or meeting moderator isn't clear about the purpose of the meeting or the desired outcome.

As a master facilitator and LS expert (since 2016 - the original cohort of pracitioners in Europe) I've experienced for myself what works and doesn't. I can help you understand why and show you how to avoid missteps and traps.
