LSUG 5.1: New Team - Now What?

So there you are, new year and you're in a new tem. What can you do to get the team started? How to bring those people you hardly know closer together in order to make them perform at their best?
Bringing together a couple of individuals might not be easy. With the help of Liberating Structures you can create surprisingly powerful results in this regard.
Let's explore this topic together at the first LSUG Rhein Main event in 2023. The agenda looks like this:

Our traditional location, the iteratec Frankfurt office, is located at the 17th level of Westhafen Tower. Please be there early to cover for the entrance procedures.
