Leadership doesn’t always come with a title. In everyday work, influence often happens sideways: across teams, roles, and informal networks. This meetup explores lateral leadership—the invisible power to move things forward without formal authority.
Together, we’ll look at real situations where lateral leadership is needed, where it already shows up unnoticed, and what gets in the way. Using Liberating Structures, we’ll surface hidden influence, experiment with concrete practices, and explore how environments can be shaped so lateral leadership can actually thrive.
As always: interactive, experiential, and suitable for anyone—no prior Liberating Structures experience required.
