UX designers have become popular among product development, and it seems to be in a constant fight with marketing. Marketing folks attempts to communicate product among different touchpoints and create value for the business, the UX seeks to create value for the user and minimise the frustration through cohesive experience. While there’s a lot of tension among these teams, both marketing and UX are two sides of the same coin, both advance in their goals through understanding human behavior. So how do we collaborate together?
