Machine Learning Hackathon

Dear ML Enthusiasts,

it seems that the weekend of July 16/17 is the weekend that fit's most people schedule best.

So the suggestion is we get together and work on a Machine Learning Challenge (either as one large team or as several smaller teams). It could be a great learning opportunity to learn from each other and bring our skills to a new level.

And since I know that a couple of people in our group are participating in the ESA Mars Express Challenge, I think it could be a good topic for the weekend. I will reach out to ESA and see what requirements would need to be fulfilled in order to comply with the rules.
