September Book Club: After Lives by Abdulrazak Gurnah

For September, we are going to discuss “After Lives” by Abdulrazak Gurnah, a Nobel Prize Winner for Literature.

The plot is set in what is now Tanzania and deals with the time of German colonial rule until a few years after independence.
