I would like to invite you to a Qigong & Meditation session happening at Asana Ganesha in Stuttgart West on Saturday, 21st March.

We will begin with a gentle Qigong practice — slow, flowing movements designed to awaken the body, harmonize energy, and bring calm focus to the mind. Through conscious movement and breath, we connect with the life force (Qi), grounding ourselves in balance and vitality.

After this, we will move into a guided Meditation journey — entering a state of stillness and inner observation. Together, we’ll explore awareness of the body, breath, and heart, allowing space for peace, clarity, and renewal to emerge.

This practice supports both beginners and experienced practitioners, offering a nurturing space to reconnect with your inner stillness and recharge your energy.

I would like to invite you to a Breathwork & Sound Healing session, happening at Asana Ganesha in Stuttgart West on Saturday, 21st March.
The session will start with a few soft Pranayama Breathwork techniques, to arrive and rebalance, and we will then move to a more powerful Breathwork practice (similar to Strong yogic breathing, wim hof, Dynamic breathwork), leading into a blissful peaceful state, ideal for a nice Sound Healing journey.
