My mission is to play a significant role in improving health and happiness through my Yoga teaching and Integrative Nutrition Coaching.
The concept of Flawsome Yoga is founded on the idea that everyone is unique, hence no one diet or lifestyle fits all. I strongly believe the purpose of life is self-discovery. Yoga practice together with a healthy lifestyle play a crucial role in this self-discovery process.
My gift is to help people increase their personal consciousness: creating different habits, increasing energy levels, confidence and overall well-being.
