Are you looking for a fun, effective workout combining strength, cardio, and meeting like-minded people?
Our boxing classes are structured to work on technique, do partner drills, and finish with a full-body workout to boost your endurance. The sessions are designed for all fitness levels - from beginners to advanced boxers.
What to Expect:
Warm-Up – Start with boxing-focused and conditioning exercises to prepare your body and reduce the risk of injury.
Boxing Technique – We’ll go over some boxing basics and practice techniques and include circle stations to build up boxing-specific strength.
Partner Exercises – Improve coordination, agility, and strength with partner drills that add fun and variety to your training.
Full Body Finish – Combination of exercises to train your endurance, strength and explosiveness.
Cool Down – The class ends with relaxing stretches to ease your muscles and lower your heart rate.
If you want to get in shape and learn new techniques, get ready for a great workout in the heart of Munich!
What to bring:
Boxing Gloves [optional] - if you have some, great!
Hand wraps and Mouthguard [optional] – recommended for safety, mouthguard for advanced boxers who want to do partner exercises.
Training clothes and Warm clothes for afterwards - be prepared for the weather!
Water bottle - stay hydrated!

Price:
The training costs 10€ (8€ for students, bring your student ID) if you don't have Urban Sports Club, Wellpass, Wellhub or ClassPass. We accept cash, PayPal and bank transfer. Your first training is for free! :)
