Mindful Mama Meetup Morning Edition

After a LONG pause, in which I grew and birthed a human, I'm finally back and ready to organize Meetups again!

As always, Mindful Mama Meetup is for any English speaking Mamas and Mama2B who are looking to connect here in Frankfurt. I'm excited to say that our new in person location (Familienzentrum im Westend) has lots of space for the little ones to join us, so babies are absolutely welcome!

Each month we'll start off with a loose topic to organize our conversation a bit, but really, this is a chance to connect and share resources, so come as you are!
