Session 1: "GitHub Actions in Action - Pick Your Power-Up"
by Christian Baumann (Principal Test Architect @MaibornWolff)
https://www.ministryoftesting.com/p/christian.baumann?s_id=19023137Let’s live-build a small but useful CI pipeline and then let the audience choose what to optimize: speed with caching, visibility with rich test reports, or safety with pull-request checks. We’ll combine a short, focused theory segment with practical demos, so you understand the concepts and see them applied immediately.
No programming knowledge needed: Focus is on simple, understandable workflow building blocks that work across tech stacks.
Tool-agnostic: Can be applied for many test tools.
Participation in the interactive bits is of course optional - feel free to just watch and enjoy.Christian has seen a lot of testing fad come and go, and has the stories (and scars) to prove it. Today, he helps teams untangle messy test code, experiment with AI, and rediscover the fun in testing. A tester by day and saxophone-playing metalhead by night, he mixes sharp technical skills with a healthy dose of curiosity and humor.
Session 2: MoT Open Space - “Co-creating Better Software Testing”
facilitated by Gabrijela Hladnik https://www.ministryoftesting.com/p/gabrijelaOpen Space is a chance to connect, learn, and grow—no matter your experience level.
Join to share ideas, swap stories, or simply listen in. You don’t need to present or lead a session — but it’s worth it!
We’ll build the agenda together in a “marketplace of ideas,” with 30-minute sessions running in parallel. These could be anything that flows in the atmosphere of the testing planet!
No expertise required—just curiosity, an open mind, and something to explore.Gabrijela Hladnik is a test consultant at QualityMinds. She has a range of competences, from knowledge about different domains, variety of test techniques, coding skills and broad understanding of development process, architecture and devops. In the off-project time she loves passing on the knowledge, solving puzzles and discovering the world.
