At MOIA, we believe that to be great, we need to be constantly learning and seeking out new perspectives. This inspired us to start Agile Meet & Mingle, a free learning and networking event for the agile community!

Join us at our office for an evening of inspiration and connection. Emanuele Giarlini will set the scene with his presentation about how to survive the agile apocalypse.
In his words: "This talk explores how Agile practices have evolved in recent years and the changing role of Agile Coaches. With many companies cutting back on Agile roles during tough times, we'll examine why this happens and share strategies for Agile Coaches to demonstrate their value and avoid being seen as expendable. Learn how to align your work with business outcomes and drive lasting change to remain indispensable in any organization."

Directly after, we will go into an open World Café format in which we can connect deeply and learn from each other.
