JOINING THE GAME

There are 5 spaces. Anyone who lives in Munich near some public transport stop, who volunteers to host first, automatically gets to play!

A DESCRIPTION OF THE GAME

The setting is your typical high-fantasy setting (D&D) after a couple thousand years of technological and social development. The level of technology is about equal to the 21st century, except that most devices are powered by mana instead of oil. Magic is for the most part not a mystical art, but a science that is taught in school.

Unfortunately most of the world was destroyed by a magical cataclysm 300 years ago, at the height of a world war. Nobody quite knows why. Society has mostly recovered by now, but there is a large disparity in culture, technology and education between different groups. There are walled cities that have preserved advanced technology, but there are also roving bands of raiders that kill travellers and loot ruins for scraps of technology.

The player characters have been hired by a professor for magic, as part of an expedition to an old government building. Why you have been hired for this expedition is up to you. Characters are created at the table, but you are welcome to present your own ideas.

The game is very light on rules and heavy on roleplay. I hope to find a regular group for it.
