MongoDB User Group Meeting November 2012

This will be a hands-on session. Last time we had a lot of discussions around sharding (http://www.mongodb.org/display/DOCS/Sharding). This time we try to set MongoDB up for such a scenario. We will work together in small groups. So please bring your notebook. To work in a clean and isolated environment we use Vagrant (http://www.vagrantup.com) which was another hot topic last time.

For the less experienced there will also be a short introduction into the basic set up of MongoDB. They can then join the others in playing with sharding or just try to take the first steps in Mongo. Lots of experienced Mongo Users will be around to help.
