Learn the coaching mindset as a leadership posture to stay grounded, create safety, and mobilize forward movement in times of uncertainty.

Uncertainty dysregulates individuals and systems.
When familiar patterns disappear, fear and hesitation rise—and at the same time, action becomes vital.

In uncertain environments, leaders are often expected to decide, reassure, and move forward—while clarity is missing. What makes the difference is not having better answers, but how leaders show up.

In this 60-minute workshop you will learn coaching mindset as a core leadership capability for times of uncertainty.

This posture will help your people feel safe, think clearly, and move forward without you needing to pretend you know more than they do.

Leaders have a powerful influence on how uncertainty is experienced in their teams. Through a coaching mindset, leaders can become a stabilizing and mobilizing force—while staying authentic and grounded.

In this session, we will explore questions such as:

  • What actually happens to individuals and systems under uncertainty—and why does it become so hard to act?
  • How can leaders help their people to feel safe and think forward?
  • What does it really mean to lead in a way that feels both grounded and human in times of change?

In this session, we define practices leaders can integrate into their everyday leadership to better support their people—especially when the way forward is not yet clear.

This workshop is part of the Step Out to Step Up series — a dedicated space for leaders to pause, reflect, and elevate their leadership. Each session tackles a real leadership challenge with reflection, peer exchange, and practical tools you can use immediately.
