BeCoach Academy face-to-face training is coming back to Munich

We have missed this.
The real eye contact across the room. The energy that builds when people practice together in the same physical space. The moment when something clicks — and you can see it on someone's face before they even say a word.
And apparently — you have missed it too.
Because you asked. And we listened.

BeCoach Academy face-to-face training is coming back to Munich. This summer.
We ran in-person programmes before 2021 and the magic that happened in those rooms stays with us to this day. We remember a moment when a man walked into our training space to deliver some documents. Our students — not knowing who he was — were already moving toward him with open arms, ready to welcome him as one of their own.
He stopped. Looked around. And said he had never felt so welcomed in his life. :-)

That is what happens when you put the right people in a room together with a shared intention. Something shifts. Something opens. Something becomes possible that a screen simply cannot replicate.
We are tired of the screens too.

Here is what we are offering:
Our Coaching Foundation Programme — with the training modules delivered face-to-face in Munich, in small intimate groups of 6 to 8 people. Evening sessions, designed around your working schedule. Everything else — demo sessions, coaching labs, peer practice — continues online as usual.
The dates: 📍 Establishing Connection module: 23, 25 and 30 June — 17:00 to 20:30 📍 Creating Results module: 2, 7 and 9 July — 17:00 to 20:30

Who is this for: English-speaking professionals based in Munich who are ready to develop their coaching and leadership skills — and who want to do it in person, in community, with real human presence.

Group size: Maximum 6-8 participants — so everyone has space to ask, to express, to practice, and to receive personal feedback.
Places are limited by design. That is the whole point.
