Hi, I’m a certified fitness trainer. Join our Strength & Balance Fitness Class a Mat Pilates with a touch of Calisthenics ( I name it Pilathenics) to build core strength, better posture, and full-body control while safely learning moves like handstands and L-sits.

Perfect for:
•(Home) office workers & university students who sit for long hours and want to fix posture and back pain.
•New mums rebuilding core stability after pregnancy.
•Beginners & fitness enthusiasts who want to master bodyweight skills with control.
