Meet at 11:00 PM in front of Deutsche Post, Harras (U6). We’ll wait 7 minutes, then walk to the park, if you’re late, just come straight there.

Hi, I’m Rahil, a certified fitness trainer. Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly outdoor workout, I’ll guide you through a fully body workout and help you with technique so you feel confident and strong. Feel free to bring your friends as well.

✅ Bring: sports clothes, shoes, water.

🔘 Optional: resistance bands, skipping rope, gloves.

No experience needed, just good vibes and a willingness to move!
