Meet at 12:00 PM in front of Deutsche Post, Harras (U6). Weāll wait 10 minutes, then walk to the park, f youāre late, just come straight there.
Hi, Iām Rahil, a certified fitness trainer. Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly outdoor workout, Iāll guide you through each exercise and help you with technique so you feel confident and strong.

ā Bring: sports clothes, shoes, water.
š Optional: resistance bands, skipping rope, gloves.
No experience needed, just good vibes and a willingness to move!
