This is a beginner-friendly outdoor session (We'll adapt everything to the group level.) Just a simple way to move your body, burn some calories, and meet a few new people.

What to expect:
• light movements using bodyweight
• beginner-friendly (no experience needed)
• social, relaxed atmosphere
• small group vibe
• no pressure, just show up as you are

What to bring:
• comfortable clothes & shoes
• water
• yoga mat or towel (or anything you can use on the grass)
