Interested in learning exercise that soothes your nervous system and helps you relax? Qigong/Taichi is an excellent method that helps you pay attention to the flow of your breath and how that affects your overall health.
Miriam is an excellent teacher who is always positive and a joy to be around. The classes are free and they occur weekly as long as it is not raining heavily outside.
Come join me for 45 minutes of the most relaxing session of your work week. I recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early to get a good viewing spot to follow along with the teacher. It is lead in German but Miriam supplements with English as well.
