Hike (Medium) – From Oberaudorf to Kufstein over Giessbachklamm

Hi there,

would you like to join me for this beautiful hike that passes several lakes and the amazing Giessbachklamm?

The hike will start in Oberaudorf and end in Kufstein and pass several lakes and the Giessbachklamm . About 20 km and up to 600 HM. Walking time will be around 6 hours. We will do it relaxed, enjoy and take breaks. We will take a late lunch break at the Schopperalm. At the end we can have coffee, ice cream or dinner in Kufstein.

The hike is technically medium. Some parts are forest roads but most are small and a bit steep paths. In winter conditions everything can still be icy.

Must Have: Good hking shoes! Do not come in sneakers.

Meeting time and place:
We meet at 8:30 at the begin of track 10. Ar 8:35 we board the train. I f you cant find us just enter the train and get out at the train station in Oberaudorf..

I assume everyone has the Deutschlandticket, otherwise please take care of your own ticket.
We take the RE54 at 8:43 from Plattform 10.

We do not rush, we wait for everyone, but please consider if you are fit enough.

**Food and drinks:**We can have dinner at the Schopperalm Bring water and a snack for the day.
