Value-Workshop - getting insights about my motivation (and my team colleagues)

Our behavior is driven by our values. Realising our personal values is a first step to getting to know ourselves and our motivation better. On this basis we can enhance our energy in starting to live our values and also communicating them at work. The resulting insights are not only a personal enlightment but a valuable part of team work, especially when it comes to newformed groups.

*Your host:
Elisabeth is certified ArbeitsSINN(r)-Coach and will guide you through the evening. She likes using this method in trainings and kick-offs and is excited over and over again about participants reaction.

*The process:
We are happy to start with everyone on time.
After a short check-in with all participants you will get a short overview about the topic.
Thereafter you will step into practice in groups of two to get to know your values better and reflect upon them.
At the end we will discuss options how to integrate this method with teams and in workshops.
The last half an hour from 8.30 p.m. on will be open further talks for those who want to stay.

Due to Covid-19 this workshop will take place online. Since this an experiment we are one-off reducing the fee from 30€ to 10€.
