About this event:

In today’s ever-evolving business ecosystem, it's more important than ever to stay innovative. However, coming up with new ideas, validating them, and bringing them to market takes significant resources to successfully achieve.
That’s where our first installment of Brains and Burgers comes in!
We’re proud to introduce Next Big Thing AG’s ideation workshop initiative where we will bring together the F&B industry’s brightest minds under one roof to explore and move the best ideas forward.
With around 10-20 participants that span corporates, startups, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders, this ideation workshop is a platform to exchange ideas, provide curated networking, and unleash potential cross-industry collaborations.
Attendees will be divided into groups selected by the NBT team and will participate in structured workshops that focus on exploring potential solutions based on a problem statement relating to the following three core challenges within the F&B industry:

Quality assurance
Sustainable production
Supply chain

14:30 - 14:45 Coffee break
14:45 - 16:30 Workshops: Problem exploration and ideation
16:30 - 17:00 Workshop presentations
17:00 - Onward Feedback & networking

This workshop offers individuals the chance to be exposed to new ideas, out-of-the-box thinking, and gain a different perspective from individuals with deep industry knowledge. In other words, it’s the perfect opportunity to explore all sorts of disruptive ideas for an industry that yearns for greater innovation.
