First Nix Bern Meetup @ Peak Scale: reproducible and minimal Docker images

Welcome to the first ever Nix Meetup in Bern!

I especially want to welcome beginners and everyone who has never heard of Nix before. The only requirements are an open mind and a willingness to learn something new.

Nix can be used for many things. At its core, however, it is a build system. Yannik Dällenbach (from bespinian) will show you how (and why) to build minimal and reproducible Docker images with Nix.
