Talk 1: Male allyship, or rather, men must learn to understand their privileges and deal with them in a way that is appropriate to the times
Talking about diversity can feel awkward, and too often, men skip the conversation. In this session, Wolf shares his personal story and lessons from 15 years at Thoughtworks—where over 40% of the workforce is women or gender-diverse (W/GD). Skip the guilt trip and get straight to the "what now?" This session wraps up with practical, no-BS advice on how to move from just being 'aware' to being an 'activist.' If you're a man who wants to figure out what to do next, this is the session you need.
This talk is by a bloke, for the blokes. There are two key takeaways: bring this talk back to your own organizations by trying out the practical tools with your male colleagues, or even invite Wolf to host a workshop for you.

Wolf Schlegel - Developer and Enterprise Architect @ Thoughtworks Germany
Wolf is a developer and [coding|enterprise] architect at Thoughtworks Germany, bringing decades of international consulting experience across industries from finance and healthcare to the steel industry.
With a background in physics and computer science, Wolf knows his stuff when it comes to digital transformation, enterprise architecture, agile teams, and humanitarian software. Plus, he's totally focused on figuring out how to do all of it quicker and smarter in this age of AI.

Talk 2: Using GenAI mindful of discrimination – Two sides of the same coin
Generative AI can reinforce human prejudices – but it can also help to dismantle them. In this talk, you will learn how AI models can be used more fairly through targeted prompting and safeguarding, and how you can use GenAI as a sparring partner to uncover your own blind spots and make language more inclusive.
Focus areas:
- Recognising and reducing prejudices in GenAI
- Practical tips & safeguarding templates for discrimination-sensitive prompting
- Using GenAI as a reflection tool to strengthen your own diversity awareness

Saskia da Costa Zuzarte - Senior Project Lead Diversity & Inclusion @ OBI
Saskia da Costa Zuzarte is responsible for Diversity, Equal Opportunities and Inclusion at OBI.
As a communication and diversity expert, she focuses on solutions that make work fairer for everyone – whether in structures, processes or individual solutions. Because belonging is not a nice-to-have, but the foundation for economic success. In this context, she also works on the use of generative AI technologies and on enabling users within organisations.
