Meetup #2 — Borderless challenges, exponential opportunity

A Creative Bureaucracy Festival satellite event —

Governments and public sector organisations worldwide have built up in-house capability to transform in the digital age. With many international colleagues coming to Berlin for Creative Bureaucracy Festival, we will hear in short talks about the digital transformation work underway on 3 continents:

• Government Digital Service, Paloma Jain on “Factors for digital transformation – from an International perspective”
• Government Digital Service, Kara Kane on “Community power: How communities of practice can make your work and working life better”
• Komo International, Laurence Berry on “Developing global design patterns for better public services for all”

CityLAB Berlin hosts the event in their stunning 1920s space, a former airport building.

All presentations will be given in English. Questions in the later discussion part can be raised either in English or German.

Regierungen, Verwaltungen und Organisationen des öffentlichen Sektors auf der ganzen Welt haben interne Kompetenzen für ihre digitale Transformation aufgebaut. Da viele internationale Kollegen fürs Creative Bureaucracy Festival nach Berlin kommen, werden wir in mehreren Vorträgen über die Arbeit auf 3 Kontinenten hören.

Das CityLAB Berlin ist Gastgeber der Veranstaltung und lädt zu seinen beeindruckenden Räumlichkeiten im früheren Abfertigungsterminal des Flughafens Tempelhof ein.

Alle Vorträge werden in englischer Sprache gehalten. Fragen im anschließenden Diskussionsteil können sowohl auf Englisch als auch auf Deutsch gestellt werden.
