Code for Germany connects people with similar interests from very
different fields who are committed to Free and Open Software, Open
Data and Open Government. We are open government experts, software developers, designers, and other activists, who work as volunteers for a sustainable digital transformation in politics and administration.
In Berlin, we meet once a month to discuss the the latest technological and political developments and to work on our projects.
At this event, our schedule will look roughly like this:
- 🚪 Doors open at 19:30
- 💡 Small introduction to Open Data, Civic Tech and related topics (feel free to bring your questions) at 20:00
- 🔎 (optional) looking into a more specific project/technology together until around 20:30
- 💬 socializing and coding until ~22:00. Feel free to stick around or leave after the input
If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us beforehand. Just click the Contact button in the organizer section on the left and send us a message. We will get back to you shortly!
We speak both German and English and can adapt to whatever works best for the night's attendees.
