Infos:
1 year ago, Natalija Hellesoe and Cansel Sörgens collected current OKR Trends - from Outcome to Architecture, from Cadence to Roles & Responsibilities!
Over the last 12 months we discussed many of these trends more in depth, shared our experience in implementations and learned together with the Community in our monthly meetups!
Now it's time to reflect back and look forward: 12 months later - where do we stand? What has or hasn’t changed in the OKR world?
Which topics are (still) keeping you awake and need a solution?
Let’s come together for our last Community event in 2023 to review the trends, discuss typical challenges through stories and examples and shed some light on how to tackle them!
Bring cookies and some punsch for extra seasonal coziness!
We are looking forward to closing the year together with you!
