Special Edition: Origami Meets Ramen 🍜

As summer heat is slowly being replaced by autumn chill, a special edition has been crafted for you... Our 4th Origami Crafting Circle will be hosted at a ramen pop-up restaurant in Neukölln on the upcoming Monday, 16.09.2024! 🤩

Our Ramen Sensei (Japanese word for "master"), Shohey Yoshida (Instagram profile here), comes from Saitama in Japan and has to date opened two restaurants there throughout his ramen journey of more than 20 years. There are only two main dishes on his Berliner pop-up menu, namely traditional shoyu ramen and its vegan version, but remember: quality over quantity + less is more ^__^ Some of you have already heard of this pop-up or even met Shohey during our last practices, and we will now finally get to taste his masterpiece together! 🍜

Here's an overview of what you could expect:

• a delightful evening with Japanese delicacies and origami creation at a cozy cafe in Neukölln. Food and drinks are charged separately and individually - but one FREE surprise item will be included 👀
• a reservation via the RSVP function (which will be activated from Tuesday 10.09.2024 midnight to Monday 16.09.2024 midnight) is mandatory for this event due to limited space;
• the preliminary number of participants is 10 (+ myself and Dany as event hosts), and you will go into the waiting list once the participant limit has been reached 🙏
• I will prepare enough origami paper for everyone as usual, but you are welcome to bring along your favourite origami kits too;
• photos will be taken during the event for memories and archive purposes, but feel free to let me know if you do not want to be included in any of the public group photos!
