### 👩🍳 Meet Your Instructor: Chef Claudia Loizzo
Originally from Puglia, Italy, Chef Claudia has over 10 years of experience working with artisanal pasta makers across Italy and beyond. She co-founded the Trafficanti di Pasta project, sharing her knowledge through workshops in Sardinia, Emilia-Romagna, China, and Greece. She specializes in both traditional and gluten-free pasta, collaborating with top restaurants and artisanal flour mills.
Now, she’s bringing her expertise to Berlin for a limited-time experience!
