This event is about "Cooking Vegan Shakushuka 🍅**"in Moabit.**
Vegan shakshuka has been a personal favorite of mine lately
and i'm finally ready to share my versions of it.

We are going to make the sauce with fresh tomatoes 🌺☀️😄
And the beautiful vegan poached eggs are made with tofu(soy).
Ciabatta garlic bread will be served with it🥖
You can adjust the chili and garlic level to suit your own taste.

This is a small group cooking gathering.
We will meet in person to cook and have some good lunch.
I try to select a recipe that anyone can make easily, quickly, and inexpensively.

Please check it before you decide to attend or message me to ask alternatives before booking a spot.
As usual we don’t cook everything in a same pot.
So you can skip what you want to avoid such as garlic, onion, oil etc.

Brewer's yeast ( or nutritional yeast)
Sweet paprika powder

Black strap molasses

Cold pressed rapeseed oil ( Topping )
Red onion
Italian parsley
Black pepper
Store bought bread (Ciabatta)
Italian mixed herbs
Avocado or some other fruits

For this small group workshop , I will offer my private kitchen.
