As the first crisp days of early fall arrive, let’s gather for a warm and cozy cooking afternoon😄🍜🥕🥦🥢
🍁About This Event 🍁
Join us for a vegan improv cooking meetup where our fixed star ingredient is Udon noodles, and the rest of the menu will be created spontaneously— inspired by the fresh veggies everyone brings.

🥣How It Works🥣
The organizer will provide UDON noodles as a main ingredients this time.
Together we’ll decide how to pair them with plant-based proteins and everyone’s vegetables, then improvise extra vegan side dishes on the spot.
We’ll share a colorful, satisfying meal and swap food stories while we cook.

💴 Entry Fee: €5 (covers meetup fee, shared ingredients)
🧺 Bring: ANY 2 vegetables you like
🥢 Provided: Noodles(store bought), tofu & some other plant-based proteins, cooking equipment, pantry staples, oils, seasonings, and some carb options

13:00–14:30 | Meal Planning + Cooking
14:30–15:30 | Shared vegan lunch & warm goodbyes

Allergies / Food Intolerances?
Main ingredient udon noodles and some sauces contain wheat (gluten) and soy.
Some gluten-free carb options (rice/quinoa) will be available.
Since each participant brings different vegetables, the full menu remains a fun surprise until we start cooking!

About the Host
Hi! I’m Misaki—a certified vegan/plant-based nutritionist.
I usually teach simple, healthy vegan cooking, but this time we’ll cook spontaneously, with Asian noodles as our fixed ingredients and other dishes inspired by the veggies we all bring.
Looking forward to cooking and sharing ideas with you!
