😊 🍜🌿 Join us for a fun and interactive vegan cooking meetup centered around Vegan Peanut Miso Ramen.
I’ll provide the ramen basics, so we can comfortably improvise ramen toppings and side dishes together, based on what everyone brings.
🧺 As usual, please bring:
- 1 vegetable of your choice
- 1 any vegan ingredient of your choice
(Think of it like a self-serve noodle bar: What would you love to add to your ramen bowl ?)
Your ingredients can be used for:
- Toppings
- Condiments or add-ins for ramen
- Simple side dishes
🍲 I will provide essential ingredients, including:
- Basic vegan ramen broth made with daikon radish
- Ramen seasonings (Miso, peanut butter, chili paste, sesame-oil etc)
- Wheat-based ramen noodles (=you can pick Ayuko ramen noodles or buckwheat noodles)
No strict recipes, no pressure — just cooking together and exploring the potential of vegan ramen 🌱🍜
