✨WHAT IS PLAYFIGHT?✨
Playfight is a safer and playful space where you can explore and grow your emotional, social and self-awareness skills. Through mindful physical play and non-violent fighting, Playfight becomes a personal development tool. A mirror that reveals parts of you that words alone sometimes can’t reach. And a way to reconnect with physical touch as something natural, innocent and respectful. Whether you feel playful or unsure, confident or awkward, all of you is welcome here. You don’t need any experience: just the willingness to show up authentically.

Emotions carry energy and guidance that you can use in daily life - and joy is a powerful source of both. It gives you the energy to celebrate what you love, and the inspiration to go deeper into it. When joy flows freely through your body, it reconnects you with the pleasure of being fully present. Are you ready to welcome the lightness of being deeply playful - or even silly? Are you ready to discover what your Joy whispers to you? Are you ready to relax your mind and step into your body? We look forward to meeting you.

Set in the natural and serene landscape of the living community LebensGut Miteinander, this weekend offers a mix of daily playfight sessions, emotional work, games, embodiment tools and relational practices. It will be a co-created space: as a group, we will shape the experience together. You’ll leave feeling recharged, grounded, and more connected - to your body, your joy, and a like-hearted community.

Arrival: Friday, September 12, 17:00
Opening Session: September 12, 20:00
Ending: Sunday, September 14, 17:00
Saturday activities: 09:30 - 18:30 (with breaks)
Language: English (basic)
Please note: Participants are encouraged to be present throughout the full program. While the schedule includes space for rest and self-care, your full presence helps build group trust and allows deeper processes to unfold.

✨EVENT FEE✨
This is an investment in your growth, your well-being, and your joy. This fee includes the full program and fresh vegetarian/vegan meals prepared for us by our cooking team. 🧑‍🍳 (Accommodation not included)
