Hey rucking buddies,

come with me on a medium-difficulty rucking session on the Teufelsberg. We will start from S-Bahn Station Heerstrasse and follow this Komoot Route which ends in S Grunewald Station.

At this point, it is important to me that you (if you are carrying weight) do so in a way that is easy on your spine. Choose a backpack that you can attach well to your body, so it should at least have a strap around your chest. Also make sure that the weight is as close to your body as possible, so pack it as low as possible in the bag.
Last but not least: take it slowly and pack a low weight if you have never done rucking before, maybe 3-4 kg. If you realize during the hike that you could actually do more, you can add more next time :)

For the ones of you that want that extra kick: In between, we will take off our backpacks and I will lead you through a full body workout (different levels of difficulty depended of state of health and fitness that day).
The workout will last between 40 and 60 minutes, with a mobility unit in the end of the hike.

If you want to swim afterwards, you can since there is a lake in the end (lake Grunewald)- feel free to bring your towel, swim suit, maybe goggles.
