Title: Vacuum and Autovacuum in a managed Postgres service.

Abstract: In this talk I'll explain how Autovacuum and manual vacuum work in Postgres, what options and parameters are available to tune them, and how to monitor them.I'll also share my experience of working on this in the Neon managed Postgres service. This talk will be useful for both developers, who use managed Postgres services, and DBAs, who manage them.Developers will learn what to check when their queries are slow,how to troubleshoot issues related to bloated tables and indexes and prevent them in the future.And DBAs will learn how to tune Postgres maintenance workers to prevent performance issues in the first place.
