Especializado en DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps y automatización de infraestructura sobre AWS, Azure y GCP. Como organizador de MadridDevOps, impulsa la comunidad compartiendo experiencias reales sobre cultura DevOps, cloud engineering y modernización de plataformas.

**Descripción de la charla:**
En esta charla veremos cómo gestionar un proceso de **upgrade de base de datos en AWS usando Terraform**, de forma controlada, repetible y alineada con buenas prácticas de infraestructura como código. Hablaremos de cómo preparar el entorno, planificar cambios de versión, minimizar riesgos, y automatizar la infraestructura alrededor de la base de datos para que las actualizaciones sean más seguras y predecibles.
También repasaremos retos habituales como la compatibilidad entre versiones, backups, snapshots, ventanas de mantenimiento, rollback y coordinación con aplicaciones dependientes. Una sesión práctica para entender cómo Terraform puede ayudar no solo a crear infraestructura, sino también a mantenerla y evolucionarla en entornos cloud productivos.

In production, any input could be malicious. This talk covers how my team built a security validation layer for an AI agent at Snyk. I’ll walk through the attack categories we defend against (prompt injection, system manipulation, data exfiltration, role-play bypasses), and the unexpected challenges that come with securing an agent that's purpose-built for security workflows.
