I created this space because I got tired of seeing people use healing as a personality or a crutch.

Healing is powerful, but it’s not a place to hide.

Some things need to be released. Some habits need to be broken. Some of us need to fix ourselves—spiritually, emotionally, and energetically.
But I’m not here to shame you.

I’m here to UPLIFT you.
To remind you of the version of yourself that already exists underneath the noise. The version that is aligned, whole, and favored by God.
I’ve lived through pain, silence, and self-doubt—and I’ve come out knowing exactly what alignment feels like in my bones.
This isn’t a space for performance.

It’s a space for truth, release, reconnection, and forward movement.
We’ll use journaling, sound healing, mirror and shadow work, breathwork, and movement to help you tap back in—no filters, no fluff.

And yes—there will also be lighthearted, fun moments to remind you that alignment isn’t always heavy. Sometimes we’ll laugh, dance, and just enjoy the freedom that comes with letting go.

This is a sacred, supportive space designed to meet you where you are. Each session is tailored to the energy of the group—no two are exactly alike.

💵 **Class Fee**
$30 per class (pay at the door or online after RSVP confirmation).

* A yoga mat or something comfortable to sit/lie on
* Water to stay hydrated
* An open heart and willingness to do the inner work
