### **About your instructor:**

Kristen Hanson is a commercial kombucha brewer based in Phoenix, AZ. She has been brewing at home and commercially for a combined six years. Before launching her company, Milly Moon Kombucha, in 2021, she spent nearly two years on R&D, including completing a commercial brewing masterclass taught by a team of seasoned brewers and a head scientist.

### **What you'll learn:**

º The brewing and fermentation process
º What a S.C.O.B.Y. is (kombucha culture) and how to care for them
º The official Dos and Don'ts of kombucha brewing
º How to know when your kombucha is done
º Different ways to flavor your kombucha
