**Tim Ryan** is serial entrepreneur, mentor and speaker. Tim Ryan lives in Richmond, and is a Partner at Your Life Ventures. He has a background in the financial technology industry where he founded Blueswipe.
Tim began his career in the Merchant Services at age 17. He quickly grew a passion for helping small business owners when he continuously saw the frustrations over card payments and fees.
**Blueswipe** is a payments processing technology that “delivers in-person payment services, online integration, and gateways with a new inclusive pricing model providing better value and an exceptional experience.”
**Your Life Ventures’** goal is to help individuals develop financial independence and lifestyle design through personal mentoring, utilizing a proven business development system. ​ “We believe wealth extends far beyond income and mentoring extends far beyond just wealth creation. Life is not achievement but alignment. Alignment with your most important values.”

**The Discussion.** This series of hybrid events is perfect for budding entrepreneurs, experienced executive mentors cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, early-stage investors, and students exploring innovative product design.

At each session, business founders serve as guest speakers share about their career, their firm's business model, as well as the successes and challenges in the product development process. Participants learn from the speakers’ experiences, discuss valuable insights, and connect with other entrepreneurs, students, faculty, and investors.
