For over two decades, I’ve helped individuals move forward through moments of uncertainty, burnout, reinvention, and transition. I’ve been a corporate leader, a coach, a small business owner, and a companion to those at crossroads both personal and professional.

What ties all my work together is this: I help people get unstuck — not with quick fixes, but through honest reflection, strategic clarity, and courageous next steps.

I created *Stuck: Helping Individuals Move Forward* as a way to offer that support more broadly — in community, in conversation, and always with heart.
