Groups remain fixed throughout the sprint to build trust, accountability, and stronger working relationships.
Between sessions, groups stay connected through WhatsApp for check-ins, progress updates, and support.

Meet other members before groups begin.
**7:00pm — Introduction**
Overview of the sprint structure, expectations, and accountability system.
**7:15pm — Group Formation & Roles**
Groups are formed and weekly roles assigned.
**7:20pm — Introductions**
Share what you’re working toward, why it matters, and what’s been blocking progress.
**7:40pm — Define Your 4-Week Goal**
Set a specific measurable goal for the sprint.
**8:00pm — Define Week 1 Commitments**
Break your larger goal into realistic weekly actions.
**8:15pm — Schedule Dedicated Work Time**
Block focused work sessions into your calendar.
**8:25pm — Plan Your Work Sessions**
Decide exactly what you’ll work on and identify likely obstacles in advance.
**8:35pm — WhatsApp Accountability Setup**
Groups create their accountability chat and post commitments.
**8:40pm — Final Public Commitments**
Each member shares what they will complete before next week.

We charge a small fee as a sign of commitment to the group and the people you’ll be alongside throughout the sprint.
