For this HOPE Experience, we're promoting the Second Saturday Bird Survey experience hosted by the Houston Arboretum.

We'll meet at the Houston Arboretum at 7:45 AM to hug, pray, and reflect on our centering scripture:

"Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?" - Matthew 6:26

What to bring:
\- A drink to stay hydrated
\- Comfortable and weather appropriate clothing
\- Binoculars if you have them; the Arboretum has a limited amount

From the Arboretum's Website:
Work on your bird watching skills while helping the Arboretum monitor bird populations on a fun, relaxed morning walk. Join us on the second Saturday of each month for a two-hour bird survey led by Arboretum staff members, Kelsey Low and Theo Ostler. We welcome all levels of bird watching skill and all ages (as long as you’re quiet) – but no dogs, please! If you have binoculars of your own, please bring them. We have a limited number of binoculars available to borrow.

This bible verse is so powerful because it speaks to something you already know deep down inside, you are called to be an answer and there are people who are waiting for you to show up fully! As a believer, you have dominion which is delegated authority. God has put inside of you special gifts and talents to be a solution to a problem in the world. However, many of us are hiding or aren't fully activated despite having a deep awareness that we are called to do more for the Kingdom.

Join us for this two part virtual series where we will dive into understanding your purpose and the unique gifts God has given you.

You have desires, you have goals and you have values. Many of us are consumed with the WHAT of the results we want out of life and the prayers we have, but we sometimes miss the mark on how ensuring that our HOW (actions, behaviors, beliefs) align with WHAT we say we want.

Join us for this immersive experience of learning archery + reflecting to map out what we desire out of life and how closely our values and actions are being upheld to receive those desires.
