This group is open, meaning members may attend as many or as few in person meetings as they would like. Our facilitator, Carly Mattice is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to providing a comfortable, welcoming environment for new moms with babies from 0 to 6 months old, who may be struggling with their new role as a mom and the transition into motherhood. The group meetings encourage open discussion and support between members as well. Feel free to bring your baby! Come as you are!

Please call and register prior to attending your first meeting. Cost is $35 per attended session, due at the time of the meeting.

This group will meet every other week on Wednesdays at the Mindful Connections Mental Health Conference Room starting on Wednesday May 1st at 5:00 PM.

Members may be those contemplating, in the process of, or recovering from divorce or the ending of a long-term committed relationship.
