Free parking is easily found nearby.

Appetizers, meals, and drinks **(alcoholic or not)** are available to order.

Cuts to SNAP (food stamps) as part of the Big Beautiful Bill will affect about 14,000 people in Allegheny county alone starting in December. Show the world your humanist values and meet the people you help face to face!

Pittsburgh Greater Food bank has a volunteer opportunity at
The Market, their onsite food pantry, from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM on Saturday November 22. Volunteers stock shelves and scan items for inventory. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and wear closed toed shoes. *There is a second sign in for the food bank itself for their insurance purposes. That will be emailed to all registrants.* There is availability for a group of 10 volunteers.
Let the people at the door know you are there to vounteer and they will let you in. We will meet at the front desk at 830 (or find me in the aisles if you arrive a little later) and we can all enjoy a rewarding Saturday morning.

Come join us for our annual Festivus celebration at the lovely Morrow Barn at the Penn Hebron Garden Club. A buffet lunch will be served at 12:30 with vegetarian options. Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks will be included.
Optionally participate in feats of strength (like thumb wrestling), tests of knowledge, demonstrations of mental agility, and in the time-honored Airing of Grievances. **Come prepared with your grievances!** Prizes will be awarded.
**WE NEED TO PLAN FOR FOOD PURCHASES, ETC. Please register by Dec 1, preferably sooner!**
