I’ll explain how we accelerated learning at Robeauté through rapid loops with surgeons, early animal work, and preparation for first-in-human studies. We’ll also look at why focusing quickly on a very narrow, well-defined clinical niche is essential to manage regulatory complexity, obtain early approvals, and build a viable path to adoption.
