This is a psychology-based workshop combining:
— meditation and embodiment
— sound and creative journaling
— gentle, body-aware coaching

We focus on **aligning your nervous system with your goals**, so your intentions for 2026 feel **natural, sustainable, and supportive — not forced**.

Our journey through the shift:
— **Release**: psychology-based reflection and guided meditation to let go of 2025 without regret
— **Review & Appreciate**: gentle, yoga-inspired group coaching to acknowledge and value your lived experience
— **Manifest**: meditation, sound healing, and creative journaling to embody your intention for 2026

The workshop is guided by **Nadia and Olga** —
**psychologists with backgrounds in yoga, meditation, embodiment practices, and tantra coaching**, creating a safe and supportive space for inner work.
