We invite you to join us for Yin Yoga, held every Wednesday from 6-7:15 pm. Yin Yoga is a slower, more restorative type of yoga in which we spend 2-5 minutes in each pose. This is amazing for creating mindfulness and opening the deeper layers of the body.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, you are very welcome.

The class is held in the Sanctuary - follow the signs once in the car park.

Please bring your own yoga mat, but know that we will happily provide you with one if you don't have one with you.
